First approach on gastrointestinal lymphoma classification based on histopathology and immunohistochemistry

Background: The gastrointestinal tract is the most common site of extranodal Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, accounting for 20% to 40% all lymphomas. This study aims accomplish objective: classify prevalent histopathological patterns lymphoma according WHO 2019 classification based on histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Subjects methods: A cross-sectional sampled 76 patients be examined treated at Hue University Medicine Pharmacy Hospital Viet Nam National Cancer from January 2021 June 2022. Results: B cell T Lymphoma made up 97.4% 2.6%, respectively; among them, pattern was diffuse large B-cell (59.2%,), Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (17.1%), Mantle (15.8%), Follicular (2.6%), High-grade (1.3%), Small lymphocytic (1.3%). frequent position stomach (60.5%), rectum colon, small intestine, ileocecal region 19.7%, 10.5%, 9.3%, respectively.
